In compliance with federal law, LDS Business College’s officers, employees and agents are required to comply with the provisions of the financial aid code of conduct and avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest.


  • Drug and Alcohol Standard of Conduct

  • 2017 LDSBC Salt Lake City Campus Clery Report:

    • Local, state, and federal laws for unlawful possession, use,or distribution of illicit drugs and alcohol

    • Drug and alcohol counseling, treatment, or rehabilitation programs

    • Health risks associated with the use of illicit drugs and alcohol

    • Standard of conduct: expulsion, termination of employment, and referral for prosecution

  • Completion or Graduation Rates for General Student Body

    • The graduation rate within three years for students entering as full-time, first-time students in Fall 2014 was 29%. The transfer-out rate was 36%.
