The Americans with Disabilities Act requires that reasonable accommodations be provided for students with physical, cognitive, systemic, learning, and psychiatric disabilities. In order to receive accommodations in the classroom, students must first provide documentation of disabilities to the Director of the Learning Assistance Lab in order to obtain an accommodation form.  Then students should contact the instructor of each course at the beginning of the semester to discuss any accommodations for the course.
The Learning Assistance Lab is located in Room 930.  Call 801-524-8118 for further information.
