Welcome to LDS Business College! We are glad to have your here and we invite you to drop by International Services (located on the second floor in the Registration office) and get to know us. Please read though the various topics on this page to gain a good understanding of what is expected of you as an international student.


You are strongly encouraged to arrive a couple of days early to attend new student orientation. Orientation will help you get to know the campus and the services available to help you succeed at LDS Business College.
An International Student Orientation will be held the first week of each semester. New international students must attend, and all international students are strongly encourages to attend. Check the flat screens for date and time.


New incoming students as well as new incoming transfer students need to stop by International Services after arriving on campus to check in. You should do this as soon as possible after arrival (within 2 weeks). Bring the following with you when you come:
  • I-20
  • I-94
  • Passport
  • Address you will be living at during school (your apartment)
  • Current phone number and email address

On-campus Employment

As an International student with F-1 status, you are allowed to work on campus and may begin employment up to 30 days before the program start date listed on the I-20. You are allowed to work up to 20 hours per week on campus when school is in session. During weeks with holidays and semester breaks you may work more than 20 hours.
