What if you knew what you do best?

There’s nothing better than knowing what you do best. Knowing that can help you identify what careers your strengths naturally fit. And give you an advantage in getting ahead in your career.

But, you probably don't know what you do best. You have to be taught. All too often, from birth to the boardroom, we spend more time trying to fix our weaknesses than developing our strengths. Your talents are already part of you. The earlier you discover them, the earlier you can use them to your advantage in school, in your personal life, in your mission or in your career.

How do I find my strengths?

LDSBC is one of the only colleges offering a short six-week course on strength identification. Strengths begin with talent. A talent is a naturally recurring pattern of thought, feeling, or behavior that can be productively applied.

A great number of talents naturally exist within you and each of them is very specific. They are among the most real and authentic aspects that make you who you are.

With the help of Gallup Research and a web-based assessment you learn what your top 5 talents are. And, you will learn how to use these talents for a successful future.

Boost Your Career

Top achievers apply their greatest talents in careers that best suit them. They recognize their talents and build on them to develop strengths. They best apply their most naturally powerful talents in careers best suited to those talents. The earlier you discover and learn to use them to your advantage, the sooner you begin to thrive and really enjoy your future. Who knows… you may even have a talent for flying.
