1. Don't Let Yourself Feel Out of Place
Recognize that you are right where the Lord wants you to be. The Lord has a plan for each one of us and seeking education and wisdom from the best books and teachers is the way you can follow Him. All he asks of us is that we seek diligently and study by faith and that is what LDS Business College does (D&C 88:118).
2. Start Your Day Connecting with God
Put the Lord first in all you do. An obvious way to do that is through personal prayer and scripture study. Each of the day's small tasks shows Heavenly Father that you are taking care of yourself and that you take interest in your education-eat a good breakfast, making and checking in on the goals that you've made.
3. Serve Others
By small and simple things are great things brought to pass (Alma 37:6). Just a simple smile as you walk through the halls can be of service to someone. Making new friendships and sharing stories as you become a better disciple of Christ can boost anyone's day. These simple acts of kindness build your testimony and the testimony of others.
4. Move Forward with Education
It's impossible to go a day without learning something new if you have your eyes open to that opportunity. Learning brings joy and it never stops. No matter where you go or what you do, be open to expand your mind with new knowledge.

5. Keep a Prayer Journal
Write down your passions. Take the time to write down the answers you receive and the promptings that come to you. Stay engage with learning and with life as you document your experience.
